Yes. Under the latest regulations of the Sultanate of Oman, purchasing property in designated ITC zones such as Al Mouj and Muscat Hills grants 100% freehold ownership of both land and buildings. A lifetime official title deed is issued in the foreign buyer's name, and the property can also be used as collateral.
By purchasing property with a minimum value of OMR 250,000, you become eligible for a first-tier investment residency permit, including a renewable 10-year Golden Visa for yourself and your family members. Lower investment amounts may also qualify for shorter-term residency options, such as a 5-year visa.
